Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered via betboomerang-au.com under the brand "Boomerang Casino" (referred to as "Boomerang Casino", "we", "us", or "our"). Account Registration

User Obligations

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Gameplay

  • Game providers and rules: Games are provided by third-party software suppliers. Each Game may have its own specific rules, pay-tables and RTP (return to player) settings. By playing a Game, you accept its individual rules as displayed within the Game client or on the Website.
  • Randomness and fairness: Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs) or live-dealer mechanisms certified or tested under the Curaçao regime or by approved labs, as applicable. You acknowledge that:

  • Bet source of funds: Bets are placed using:

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted and the Game round has started, you generally cannot cancel or change it. Some Games may allow cash-out or early-settlement features; these are subject to the specific Game rules and availability.
  • Operator-initiated cancellation: We reserve the right to void or adjust any Bet, Game round or Winnings where:

    Bonus Terms

    General Bonus Conditions

    Activation and Wagering Requirements

    Prohibited Games and Combining Promotions

    Payments & Withdrawals

    Deposits

    Maximum Liability

    • Cap on liability: Without limiting statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed:
      • The amount of the Stake placed on the Bet or Game directly giving rise to the claim; or
      • Where no Bet is directly involved, the lesser of: (i) the amount of your net deposits in the 30 days preceding the incident; and (ii) AUD 5,000.

    Termination & Suspension

    Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

    • Grounds for action: We may suspend, restrict or close your Account, and withhold or confiscate funds where we reasonably suspect or determine that:

      • You have provided false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
      • Your Account is associated with fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity;
      • You have engaged in Bonus abuse, collusion, software manipulation, or other unfair practices;
      • You have initiated chargebacks or refused legitimate payment obligations;
      • We are required to do so by law, regulatory directive, or licensing conditions in Curaçao or other applicable jurisdictions.

    Procedure and Effects

    • Suspension: During suspension:
